With the support of Be Possible, Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is becoming an organization that can hold complexity with confidence. Instead of avoiding conflict and retreating into caution in the face of polarization, SPU chose to do a pilot with Be Possible to design an evidence-based path toward a new relationship with conflict.
